I am Elizabeth Schnell, LMT, CN, owner of Cornerstone Wellness, LLC.

I believe in using a holistic approach to helping my clients achieve their wellness goals. Through Massage Therapy and Nutritional Counseling I am able to help my clients with a broad range of concerns. It is my job to educate, guide and support my clients on their road to exceptional health. This is a journey we take together.
