I incorporate the tools I have learned into each Massage Therapy session so that it is unique to your needs in order to help you relax and relieve stress and/or pain. I have been practicing Massage Therapy for over 25 years and I love what I do.

I am experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Sports Massage, Pre-natal Massage,

Kinesio-Tape, Red Light Therapy,  Cupping, and *Rain Drop Technique.

*Rain Drop Technique uses a series of Young Living Essential Oils applied to the body to promote relaxation and reduce stress, improve circulation, facilitate detoxification, and create a sense of well-being. (Not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers, or following recent surgery)

In my Nutritional Counseling practice I help people achieve optimum health through diet and supplementation. Using a Functional Nutrition approach I look at your current diet, medications/supplements, and health history and together we create nutritional and lifestyle changes to reach your wellness goals.

Whatever your health concern it can be improved by a healthy eating habits. May it be weight issues, hypertension, diabetes, food allergies, gluten-intolerance or Celiac Disease, migraines, hormone imbalances, fatigue, general sense of un-wellness, or any other health concerns, a good diet can help improve your condition.

I have partnered with Metagenics and Fullscript to provide professional grade supplements for my clients. These products are of high quality and have a limited shelf life.
